"In the past year I bought 3 watches. One the band fell apart and the stores fix was to smash a wider, shorter pin to hold together. The watch I got for my wife hasn't told the right time since I first got it....took it back, they said had the wrong battery, so replaced it....couple months later went to put it on, wrong time! Took it in they no fix things but gave envelope they said was postage paid...its not! Took it back and nothing they can do...wanted a refund but they ran me out of time and can only have a gift card!! Garbage!"

"Just had such a good experience with the manager at the Roseville store. I was gifted a fossil watch for my high school graduation and never owned a watch before but I loved it (wore it almost everyday). I needed a new strap as part of mine broke. The manager was so nice to me and gave me a card so I could come back with the watch and see about getting it replaced. I ended up going home and coming right back. Customer service was great and I will be able to pick up a replacement next week."
