"Had a leaking pool pump that was at least 10 years old. Called up Protouch and they put me in touch with Lance. He came over and diagnosed the issue and said it was the seals that needed replacing and quoted me for the work. He took apart the pump and the underside of the motor housing was cracked, calcified, and deformed. He told me he could still replace the seals and put it back it should work, but there's no way to tell how long. He quoted me on the spot for a replacement pump with labor and said he could get the pump in a day and try to schedule me ASAP. He put the pump back to work in the interim and came by 2 days later and replaced the pump. Protouch/Lance were super easy to work with and I recommend them 100%. I will likely reach out again to them to switch out my old DE filter for a cartridge filter in the not too distant future. Good, solid work, no strongarm sales tactics. Easy choice to go with them again."
