"I hope this review serves as a caution to future clients. I brought my kitten, Twix, for grooming at Allie and Paws, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon receiving Twix after grooming, we noticed he had a bloody paw. The groomer explained that he was injured with the cage and applied ointment to stop the bleeding. However, later that day, I discovered that more than one nail was affected. The lack of transparency from the groomer about the extent of the injury was concerning. I wish I had been informed beforehand, as it left me discovering the issue on my own. Now, I have to schedule a vet appointment to ensure proper treatment and prevent infection. While I understand accidents can happen, the groomer's failure to communicate the full extent of the issue is irresponsible. In addition to my previous experience, I want to emphasize another concerning aspect. After the grooming incident with my kitten, Twix, I reached out to Allie and Paws via text to share my concerns. Unfortunately, my message was completely ignored, and I did not receive any response. Effective communication is crucial, especially when addressing issues with customers. The lack of acknowledgment further adds to my disappointment. I share this experience to highlight the importance of careful and responsible handling of accidents for the well-being of future clients' pets."

"When i call this place i thought if they're so nice over the phone then my dog will be fine. I get it my dog had a lot of knots on his fur but i don't think he deserves to get hurt the way he was the worst hurt under his front paw,after they cut him they shower him he got crazy and bite one of the groomer anyway they charge me $40 dollars extra because they told me when i got there,they told me normally they charge $70 but because his furr had a lot of knots they will charge me $20 dollars which i agree so total i suppose to pay $90 i give my husband $100 he call me and told me they charge him $130 because my dog bite her. I will upload the picture i took to my dog."

"I took my fur baby Prince here for the first time tonight and had the best experience ever. Not only was the staff really amazing, caring and flexible with their appointment for me, but my pup came out smelling and looking amazing and he was so happy! Definitely recommend! And will be a returning client!"
