"I had a bad experience here 5 years ago. I decided to try again last year and have been taking my two pups to get bathed here. On 2/12/24 I dropped my dog off at 1:30 pm for a bath. Around 4:30 I called to check up on him since it's been a long time. I was told another 45 minutes. I asked if he was even bathed and they said yes. I decided to go pick him up because 3 hours was enough time for him to be there for just a bath. I got there around 5 and when they brought him out to me he wasn't even bathed. So for 3 and a half hours my dog was sitting in a kennel. I was extremely pissed. I voiced to one groomer how frustrating this is and I wish they would have called me to get him sooner. He was assigned to the groomer Elidia. Never again will I give this store another try."

"Busy spot. But they were well staffed; no one was standing around. The line moved fast. My puppy was groomed and I appreciated that the groomer knew his limits so it remained a positive experience. And I love there are wipes and bags available when there are accidents in the aisles."
