"Claudia is great! She's helping our anxious rescue so much, even though he's a little jerk. She's great with dogs and understanding if they have some history. Our little guy is a rescue with fear aggression, we believe his prior owners abused him. So he can get bitey, but Claudia is totally willing to go slow with him and build trust and confidence. "Claudia is absolutely amazing. Since rescuing Sophie about 6 years ago she has always hated going to a typical grooming facility. Since the very first time she went to see Claudia for a bath, brush, haircut, teeth brushing and nail trim, her overall experience was awesome. Sophie never tried to get away from Claudia like she did 100% of the time with other groomers. Claudia brings her out when shes done and the affection that Sophie shows Claudia and visa-versa makes me very happy. In short, I don't know how she does it, but Claudias ability to comfort and care for Sophie whilst performing by far the best service we have ever received by a professional groomer is amazing.
