"I've been coming to this petes for 2 years nearly every day! Superb customer service. The same core of employees have worked there as long as I've been going with new faces here and there but from what I understand they do use the facility to train employees for other locations. I couldn't tell you the last time I actually had to give my order they know it by heart and most of the time have it ready for me by the time I pay. This Petes location can get extremely busy however the Charisma and energy of the staff make it worth the wait. Every day that I come here I see the interaction between staff and patrons many times knowing each other by first name basis. This touch of care and personal interaction goes a long way in my decision of being a faithful and regular Petes customer. You guys rock! Keep up the great hard work and you always have a faithful customer in me."
