"I was at this store at around 8pm today..I wanted to exchange an item which I had just bought an hour ago at the same store. But the manager was so rude that she wouldn’t let me exchange it as I did not have the receipt(I was in a hurry when I had purchased the item and didn’t bother to collect my receipt). I had to exchange as the item was defective.. It was not even a return.. just an exchange.. she could have done it. Or at least she could have been nicer. I have worked at dollar tree before and I have never seen such a policy. When I asked her for her name, she sais- "I'm not comfortable giving you my name". Who says this? They don’t even have a barcode in the receipt for them to scan and they just wouldn’t do it. Never coming back to this store ! I wish I can report this manager somewhere where they can teach her some customer service."
