"Wow, knowledgeable people and great facilities. Prices are competitive but it is NOT doggy daycare so don't expect to pay $20 for a day of play. These guys get a lot done and your dog will be better for it, so be ready to have a bigger bill. A trained, obedient dog is better for the whole family and the dog so it is totally worth it."

"We couldn’t be happier with the 3 week program we put our mini doxie in. Emily was amazing with him and by the time he left, he was a happier, more confident guy. Our chief complaint was his barking at everything, even at us at home. Emily explained that he lacked confidence. Since bringing him home, his barking has improved about 90%. He’s doing much better in public and not barking at strangers too! At the end of his training she spent about an hour and a half with us and showed all 4 of our family members how to do the commands she taught him. She gave us each the opportunity to try in front of her to be sure we all had the tools to keep his training up at home. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend HOPE to anyone needing help with their pup. Their facility was very clean and the staff were all friendly to humans and pups."

"After looking around at a few other facilities around the area, I found myself at HOPE and my pitbull/husky mix, Daisy, and I couldn’t have been more blessed. The level of knowledge that the trainers possess and the level of care they and the rest of the staff show to the dogs is otherworldly. If you are ever in need of a quality dog trainer, I highly recommend you go to HOPE Dog Training."

"I brought my dog here for the 3 week board & train program who was having some severe behavioral issues. Prior to training I was very uneducated on all the different tools that can be used. My trainer was amazing and taught me all the right things about each tool and gave me a clear understanding of each one. You hear a lot of back lash on training tools but in reality it’s the improper use that creates issues. My boy came back a completely different dog in all the positive ways. Giving me the correct methods and management for afterwards has made all the difference. He’s amazing now I couldn’t thank HOPE enough! Plus the pictures of my boy while I was gone really helped ease my mind and I use those videos for reference! I’d give 10000 stars if I could !"

"I called this dog training facility and asked what their training philosophy was and what kind of tools they use for training and they use prong collars and E collars. Basically they inflict pain on the dogs in order to training them producing fear. They were also very vague in their explanation on their philosophy and the girl had to keep putting me on hold in order to answer my questions. Then when I asked about certification, she put me back on hold and a new person got on the phone and said, how can I help you. So I had to start all over. Brittney (I think her name was, not sure) said, "They do have certifications, I can't see them from here because they are on the wall, but. you can come down here and look at the wall, or you can ask a trainer during the evaluation." So basically I have to pay first or drive down to Norco and look on their wall because they don't know off hand, or can't go look at the wall to tell potential clients what certifications their trainers have. All of this is a big red flag. People need to ask these questions because there are a lot of people who say they are trainer, but are not. They sounded good on their website at first."
