They were upfront about what it might end up costing, considering my dog had a lot of matting, and it actually ended up being cheaper! "Took my 3.5 year old dog here since they offer asap grooming. My dog is a nervous wreck at the groomer and each time we've taken her somewhere else she's ended up with a fever for a couple days. Nikki's was so good with her. We ended up having to pull a u turn and return for something after we'd left, and she had ZERO problem going back in. She wasn't shaking, no trying to go back out the door, no climbing up my leg or whining. She was 100% comfortable, plus...she looked and smelled amazing! 100% 10/10 take your pet here. Call ahead, they're busy for a reason!! (Pics are before & after)"
