"The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly! I'm not sure he ever went home. He was there when we checked in and still there when we checked out. He was definitely the only superior part of this motel. This place is definitely dated and could use a good cleaning. The doors were really dirty. I'm not sure the cleaners have ever looked at the back side of the bathroom doors. They were so gross and filthy from hands. We didn't even use the shower. Our toilet kept flushing and filling every 30 minutes. I'm not sure how, but the noise from the street is louder at night than during the day. We would only stay here again if we were in a serious pinch. I'm sure this place gets plenty of business from all the tournaments held at Silverlakes Equestrian Fields that it should be in much better shape. Hotel price for a motel stay."

"Giving 1 star for service, is a favor, only because I can't give negative stars. I checked in with my 3 kids around 9 pm, hoping to rest and sleep in, only to be woken up every hour with what sounded like construction above us or next to us and a phone call at SEVEN THIRTY IN THE MORNING, telling me I had to wake up and move my car because they would be fixing their parking lot. After waking me and my children up (who were finally sleeping like a rock), we couldn't go back to sleep because of the loud sounds of pavement being torn up. I called begging for a refund and the employee refused to connect me with the manager. TERRIBLE SERVICE, UNETHICAL PRACTICES AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL."

"This is the best place around for the money! Great place to stay with lots to do around the area. The management was more than nice and helpful, which to me goes a long way. There is a great hot tub and a pool to enjoy yourself. I tried the extended stay but it was terrible."

"Hubby and I stayed here for a quick budget friendly getaway close to home to unwind. Overall we thought it was charming, hospitable, and family-friendly. It is an older building but kept very clean, and there is no smell of smoke. Most of the guests were either married couples, families, or farmers so we felt comfortable and safe. We really appreciated having a fridge and microwave so we didn’t have to leave to buy food. The wifi was fast, the bed was pretty comfortable, and the room was overall quiet except for a few guests walking past the room with luggage on wheels. Breakfast in the morning was a decent selection of bagels, oatmeal, cereal and the coffee was actually really good compared to higher end hotels. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The manager was even going out of his way to help a guest visiting from China when he had difficulty booking a taxi service. We will definitely stay here again, and take a dip in the pool and checkout the bakery across the street."
