"It's a Hampton Inn...so you'll get what you expect. But, when I checked in I physically had to walk in to the office to get the person to come out and check me in. When he did, he didn't do or say anything useful - nothing about when breakfast was served, best place to park, direction of the elevators - just swiped my CC and gave me a key. The hotel is also in a strange location. It is on a busy street so that is fine...but it shares a driveway with some apartments. Just seemed very strange. Overall it was a good stay. We arrived late and left early. Breakfast was out when we needed it (6am on a Sat) and the people setting up and cleaning breakfast were nice."

"NOISY DOORS SLAMING 24/7 Be ready to be awakened when housekeeping starts their rounds early everyday and whenever guests come and go, sounds like they are coming right into your room. These doors have a device which closes them automatically and they slam shut, so you hear every single person go in and out, up and down the hall, night and day, both guests and housekeeping. After my arrival the Night manager informed me the laundry equipment had broken last week and I couldn't have laundry service (last week and not fixed yet?) he wasn't helpful when I needed to make a call from my room, I felt like I was bothering him with my questions. Housekeeping keeps barging in without knocking even with the do not disturb sign on my door (especially awkward today as I was dressing)..... Otherwise very friendly staff, even the noisy ones."

"We stayed at this hotel in July and this last weekend. Rooms are clean, staff are great and accommodating. We were directed to a great restaurant, and since we were visiting family, they allowed us access to the lobby area so we could all be together. There were several of us from out of state and out of town. Thank you for allowing us a mini-family reunion."
