Extended Stay America - Norco

"Great front desk staff, hope they are here for duration of our week long stay and our next trip here visiting family. 3rd time here and Ellen and Christina are best front desk staff yet. So far haven’t had any problems at this hotel. Parking lot is well lit which is Important. Our car being broken into or vandalized is one our biggest concerns at ANY hotel. So as long as they keep up with deterring that type of behavior best they can we will keep staying here when we are visiting the area. Needless to say we don’t leave valuables in the car or anything visible. Haven’t had any of our cars vandalized or broken into here."

"basically, in the middle of nowhere, narco is a very nice cowboy friendly place if you are certain tone or color of skin, something I noticed in this area it’s not too friendly to minorities. However, I did have a great day. Everything was fine and we came in late from a trip so we didn’t have to spend too much time in Norco on our way to Corona, if you’re in the need of a place to stay and in the middle between traveling from LA to San Diego, this is a place to stay. The staff was friendly. Everybody was great, and the rooms were spacious."

"You probably won't want to extend your stay here!. Although the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful we found that the design and layout if the rooms and the hotel in general was very odd. Huge heavy fire doors for the bathroom that swing out and take up most of the kitchen space. They warned us about the light switches that are motion activated and if you don't do a certain thing they will come on when you don't want them to like in the middle of the night when you are sleeping which they did a couple times. This was very inconvenient and ruined what should have been a peaceful sleep. The access doors in and out of the hotel are small and very inconvenient to try and get your luggage in and out of and which I found was a very poor design. The " breakfast" was lacking and the only food options were pre packaged granola bars and small muffins along with quaker oatmeal with no toppings or dairy. Also no juice, fruit, yogurt etc. . If you have no other choice it will do but otherwise suggest a pass on this one."

"The staff was amazing! They helped me upgrade my room when more family showed up and even helped locate my daughter’s lost phone. The laundry room was so clean and I was very happy with my room. Absolutely satisfied!"

"This was by far the best Extended Stay out of the last three. The Chino one was good however, the Norco stay was primo compared to the others. Kelly and Jessica were so nice, the place smelled clean and they kept it clean. Kelly was the first person to greet me and she was super kind and accommodating. Jessica was the same I enjoyed this stay more than the other. I would come back to this on again."
