"I had purchased a Rare Beauty foundation here right before Christmas, I came back just a couple of days after the 30-day return policy because I was on vacation and due to the holidays didn't have time. I purchased the wrong shade, and the Sephora employee nor the store manager of this Sephora would accept a simple swap for the correct color of shade. This Asian lady manager was rude and not helpful at all!! I told her that one of her employees matched me with the wrong shade, totally off!! She said that I could try calling Sephora customer service. What a manager!! Like really?? When it was their employees fault for telling me what shade to buy when they are the suppose experts. I will never go this Sephora again!!"
