"I’ve always loved the clothes here and they have a great variety. But the customer service is a joke. I don’t think they have the reputation of exceptional customer service, but last night; Wednesday January, 24th 2024 - all the employees were a let down. Every one of them had their phones out, AirPods in or earphones in. Some playing their business out loud and it was incredibly distracting. It really felt like I had stepped into a break room I wasn’t supposed to be in, but it was just too casual, unprofessional, and frankly rude. I hope this isn’t the new normal."

"This store is very good very nice merchandise price is fair I am leaving a comment about the mall itself is very dirty and people are taking their dogs in when they're not supposed to they need to enforce that more often we went and people were letting their dogs poop and pee on floor and not clean them up it is very very unsanitary and dirty but the mall allows it security guards stood there until housekeeping clean and people were stepping on it the gentleman had a big huge Rottweiler and it pooped on the floor he looked back and continued walking after we told him hey your dog just pooped he didn't pay any attention to anything they cannot have stores that allow dogs which are not service dogs it is very dirty and the wrestlers are just as bad"

However, the shopping experience was slightly marred by the disorganization of the sale items. Finding the right sizes was a bit of a challenge due to the lack of structure in this area. With better organization of sale items, Uniqlo could greatly enhance the overall shopping experience and make finding a great deal even more satisfying. In summary, Uniqlo offers a fantastic shopping experience with its well-organized store, friendly staff, and great deals. Despite some minor shortcomings in the organization of sale items, the overall quality and value provided by Uniqlo make it a go-to destination for stylish, affordable clothing."
