"Horrible customer service the manager there at the time of 6:45pm 01/28 was horrible they price marked an item I was about to purchase. Than about to check out says she can’t sell it to me because she ended up finding the shirt for it. If you price marked at item it comes out in inventory reduced so why not sell it right! Is saying it will through off inventory! Makes no sense Point is never shopping here again customer service was not it! Manager was horrible and not helpful"

"Worst customer service. Rude manager. Fitting rooms were closed. They dont even allow customers to fit the clothes. Sells damaged clothes without any consideration to customers. Will not recommend to family and friends."

"I was looking for a shrug and the manager was so nice by checking if they had any stock. I was looking for one w/ out strings, but, they didn’t have the one I was looking for at that moment. Overall, the manager provided great customer service and mentioned that I could call another day to check if they have any more shrugs in stock."

"This place is super chic! I walked in looking for a midi black dress and one of the workers helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Workers are super friendly, the clothes are beautiful pricing is mid not high end. Quality looked and felt really good. Their on sale section was fire and they had a bogo free sale going on . I am a 29 year old women and this store was giving everything perfect for a women who wants to look sexy classy and chic ! Think of it as a way more grown up forever 21 but with way better quality and a more sexy grown style . Hope this store becomes a staple in the Ontario mills mall ."
