Target

"I bought a LG OLED C3 Tv for about $1,600 and when I got the T.V. home I opened it up to find an old used TV with no remote, no stand, no cords, nothing. I immediately called the Target, but it was right as they were closing. So, I took the TV to return it the next day and explained what was going on. They didn't even look at the TV and told me that they couldn't take it back and that it was impossible that the story I was telling them is true. I was on the phone with corporate for a few hours, although they were much more pleasant to deal with, they weren't really any help as it was up to the stores discretion to take the return. Luckily, I bought the TV on my AMEX card and they will be taking care of it from here. I also contacted the Ontario police department, and they could not make a police report because it was a civil issue. So tomorrow I will be contacting the court to peruse legal action so that I can hopefully help someone avoid this type of mess in the future."

"Don't do drive up here. The employee working drive up orders will make it look like you didn't wait at all. The employee working drive up yesterday evening walked up to my car and I so showed him my code. And then he said to me "let me see that real quick" then he proceeded to go on my phone and click the "I'll come back later" option and then he said to me "don't press anything else I'll be right back!". He then returned to my car with my items and then said okay now go back on your phone and select "I'm on my way". I had to also reput in my parking spot. This is actually the SECOND time this has happened to me at this location. So basically this location doesn't want it to look like the customer waited for their items. It was so ridiculous this employee demanded to go on my phone. That is an invasion of my privacy and I had just sanitized my phone too. Absolutely unacceptable."

"I love coming to this target! All of the workers are always so nice and friendly but today I had a drive up pick up and the sweetest girl named Briana I believe was the one who brought out my order. She was so kind and over all great she’s going to be one of the reasons I’m always going to be doing my shopping there. Excellent team member!"

"What may seem like a smaller store is really a tighter space with everything you love about Target. We visited around 9pm on a Saturday, so it wasn't crowded. The layout is different from the traditional Target but it has all of the same sections. I really like this store for it's convenience and compactness."
