"The worst customer service I have ever seen from a Department store. The are suspicious of all their customers returning items. I tried to do an even exchange for a Shower Head and they couldn't find the transaction so they denied me. No way any other store would ever deny a client a new shower head. I purchased another one and what do you think it was broke too. I'm disgusted with this Department Store at this location only."
"The type of products they have aren’t bad, but the line is absolutely ridiculous. They only had three cashiers, and then one of them was just putting clothes on hangers and chitchatting with the other cashier. I asked one of the employees, he said that on the weekdays they close the cash register, near the street, and only have the one towards the mall open. Then he said the lines are usually this long. This was on a Thursday night. What again today, same thing, and it was memorial day! This is ridiculous. A lot of people left the line, and so did I. Even though I picked out my stuff, just threw it and left. The only good thing about the store is that they have a lot of nice brands amongst their clothes. Also, the store is absolutely huge. They just need to fix the line situation and hire more employees. I’ll never go back to that location."
