"Save yourself the time and just go to the one on Frazee. Or any other one for that matter. Been waiting 3 days on test results, my brother went to the one on Frazee and got his results in 1 day Update: had a prescription transferred there and they told me it would be ready by noon. Called to check on my prescription and they said the pharmacist didnt even call to do the transfer. This has to be the worst customer experience Ive ever had at 1 place"

"in dealing with the pharmacy, they've always had things either ready for me or an explanation of why they aren't ready. they are always polite and informative. Pharmacy lines move fast and Clerks they're always courteous and efficient."

"I would give this stor no stars if possible. First and foremost, I just bought a covid at home test kit that was missing the liquid solution. CVS would not refund my money or take any steps to rectify the situation with their supplier. So now I'm out $30.00. Manager just gave me that pasted on dumb smile so prevalent these days. Secondly, their pharmacy has stopped selling some rx's (they said due to theft) and have days delay on some of my other meds. I've been a 30 year client with them but will now take my business elsewhere. They are not the establishment they used to be."

"Showed up on time for my Covid Test in the drive thru. No one else was in line, but the pharmacist just walked away and came back 5 min later because she thought someone else was going to help me. Turns out the test kit wasn't even prepared and they were having another long wait for their printer. After another 5-10 min later a line was forming. They finally got me the test kit and I was on my way moments later. Typically the CVS I go to is much more on point and has things prepared and are very helpful. Unfortunately that was not my experience at this location. The pharmacist recognized that it took too long and just said "it doesn't take this long for a Covid Test.""

"1 month ago and again today, went to the drive through (had my dog with me so only option at the time). Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged!!! Sitting in the hot sun, car is supposed to be turned off due to fumes! Ugh! I had no idea if they knew I was there - or if the drive thru was even open! Finally, cashier comes over, no apology. Says it will be a few more minutes… and walks away!!! Horrible customer service!"
