"Several years ago, CVS allowed an ice skating rink to be constructed in their parking lot. A bit of background, for the non locals. At one point, we had a mall. With a CVS, a Harris Gottschalks (where I always got my bedding), a candy store, pizza place, Hot Dog On a Stick, etc. Today in 2024, the mall sits vacant. The side CVS parking lot is full, and amidst cars are homeless, feral black cats and AMR waiting for a call. CVS is a CVS, but it's Redlands, employees are very helpful and accommodating. Restrooms.... you have to ask for either a key or a code, after that, I'm sorry but you are on your own...."

"Apparently this isn’t a “24 hour” CVS. I have been by there twice in the last hour and it is closed. Just a suggestion but a sign on the door, change the hours sign outside the door or better yet turn off the 24 hours sign. Yes that might just work especially for customers."

"They have 24 hour pharmacy lit up around the whole outside of the store it's even on their door "open 24 hours" but the 3 times in the past few months I've gone for medicine for my kids they're closed from 1am to 5am. False advertisement at its best."

"They told me my prescription would be ready in 2 days. It has been 3 weeks. Previously, my prescription was at Costco but they told me they would be able to get it delivered in 2 days if I contacted my doctor to have it switched to their pharmacy. The last time I spoke to the pharmacy manager she said there was a national shortage and they hadn’t had my medication in in months."
