"We have taken our dogs to Animal Medical Center for years. NO MORE. When Dr. Burch was there, they were the best. The vet won't even come into the room. They take the animal to her and then she calls you from somewhere in the building to discuss the issue. They give you a price and then when you check out that price is higher. Took my fur baby there, they put him on meds. The 3rd day he started throwing them up. I called to let them know and ask if they wanted to try him on something else. (If the Meds are not staying down, they are not working) NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I would give no stars if I could."

"Liked dr. Burch. He’s not really there much anymore though. The male vet techs are great too. I could say a lot but for now I’d rather just leave it that they have a lot to improve on. Dr. Cain who I had really respected, never got back to me. Darlene is over it and doesn’t seem to really care. Myra was rude to me last time we spoke. There's close to zero customer service or polish. The office needs renovating too. I want to say more good things and It wasnt all bad but they just really, really dropped the ball. And then fumbled it, then finally lost it altogether. My pets’ health is paramount so I couldn’t stay but if big changes are made, I think they would really benefit. Let’s end on a high note: I also liked the groomer. She was very nice. So to the groomer, vet techs, and Dr. Burch, thank you. I wish everyone there the best, I just had to move on at least for now."

"My wife made the mistake of going here with a kitten she fostered and cemented my review. Prepaid for a "kitten package" that was shots and sterilizing. It was spectacular how when I would come in suddenly there was another amount beyond what was paid or agreed to be paid that was stated to have been included. but very bait and switch on fixed prices and packages -- starting off: note-- you will be over charged for services, you will do a package that says one thing and then have it suddenly not include the items that are required. (I don't know about you, but if I was having my testicles or uterus removed, I would want to be sedated). Why did I say "made the mistake"? We have used them before and I got the vibe of bait and play before with my personal last straw being a visit about 3 years ago: Vet told me my cat had 6 months to live 30~ months ago if I didn't get a certain expensive and ongoing med. Something didn't feel right and got a second opinion: "dude, seen this before, She is just mad at you because (x) change her food to this and the behavior will change after a week""

"BEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE EVER! I couldn’t get our cat in to our regular veterinarian and ended up here. The staff was very caring and professional and took care of our cat, who ended up having a really bad abscess and they also cleaned his teeth. Everything was explained to me and I was able to ask any questions or address any concerns I had. I will continue bringing my cat & dog here moving forward. A SPECIAL thanks to the very kind & caring staff."

"My cat was having problems with peeing and I was very worried. I called my Vet but they didn’t think it was that urgent and just said to bring him in Monday which was the soonest they could see him. We happened to be walking by the Animal Medical Center so I stopped in to tell them my situation. They said it could be life threatening and to bring him in immediately. It turned out he couldn’t pee and also had a heart issue which the other Vet had no record of. They weren’t sure they could save him . They took tests to see if his heart could withstand the fluids and surgery and when the results said he could they did the surgery. He came through fine and is now on the mend hopefully to come home tomorrow. I’m sure he would have died if I did not discover this wonderful Vet. During the days he’s been in the hospital his kind nurse, Darlene sent me pictures of him and updates as I was very worried. I feel their many years in this profession, their knowledge and skills as well as their kindness to go out of their way to keep me updated are the best reason to go here and nowhere else. We will be transferring all our pets here for any treatment needed and I highly recommend them."
