"Very clean, well organized store and they even had my Nioxon shampoo which is not carried everywhere!!!"

"I am a manager at an urgent care and I have never had such horrible experience as I have at this rite aid. This staff is so uncooperative and rude that it makes me lose faith in people taking care of us. I am sick in bed for last 3 days and can not stop coughing. My Doctor sent in 3 prescriptions for me. When I went to originally they told me it would be a three hour wait. Now they already knew what medication it was so if there was going to be an issue they could have said it at that time. Instead I get there they say they only have the antibiotic and that the cough syrup was on back order and the throat lozenges were over the counter. I asked how long for the syrup and the pharmacist said no idea. I asked if I could buy the lozenges and I was told I would have to walk in the store?? I am sick and in the drive through you can’t help me out?? 3 days later unable to sleep because of the cough and the lady I talked to said they haven’t had it for months???? Why didn’t anyone say that in the first place. They said I could try other pharmacies. I am tired and sick. If other pharmacies have it why not you? Your a plague on the system. You treat people horribly. This whole pharmacy needs to be revamped."

"Don’t be misled by the clean and organized looks of the store. The store may be doing things better in to other aspects that are not pharmacy related, but as a medical pharmacy it is an utter slap in the face. The pharmacy is almost like a complete scam with no clue of their stocks and are utterly disorganized. Vaccinations and clinical appointments are badly managed. The way a vaccine appointment was handled for my kid I would be scared to walk into this store ever again for their callousness they have they might mix up your meds while filling prescriptions. I hope to never need to go into this rite aid ever again so please help me God. Just scroll through reviews where all 5 star ones are for cleanliness and one star ones are for the pharmaceutical or store services being screwed up. All in all a good place to but ice cream (maybe) but a bad one for meds."

"I dropped in because the parking lot wasn’t overrun with it being Christmas Eve and all. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of customers inside. I needed milk and didn’t want the hustle and bustle so I was willing to pay for the convenience as well. I found ice cream at a terrific price and it was well stocked too. The checkout was a breeze and my cashier Austin just made my day with a simple Christmas greeting as I left the store. Great experience today."

"Don’t go here! They do not put customers first! Brought my 4-yr old to get ice cream. $1.99 per scoop. Get the ice cream on a sugar cone (which are too small to hold their standard scoop.) Long story short, the ice cream fell off the cone on the way to the car while my 4 year old was eating it. Went back in and was recharged to get another scoop. My point- I could have came in angry and demanded a refund due to the obviously small cone or the poor technique used by the employee, but I didn’t. Honor your customers; small kind gestures by big business go a long way to keep people coming back! They also keep your doors open."
