"We just had our second appointment at Eye Care for Animals. The staff is very helpful and compassionate. They gave us several treatment options to choose from. The doctor took time answering questions and concerns. Wait time was not too long."

"I'm a technician myself, and when my animal is sick it is still so frightening. The team was extremely compassionate and provided a clear plan. I have pet insurance so I can't speak to the cost factor, although any cost is worth spent on my kiddo. Get insurance people."

"Our Mini Schnauzer girl got diabetes and then cataracts. Local Eye Vet had a medical problem so we got a referral to this firm, but the Pasadena office (Dr. Hoffman). That surgery seemed to go well, but follow ups discovered high pressure in Right eye (glaucoma?), so another procedure was recommended (laser to limit fluid production). It was somewhat urgent, as the pressure was high enough to risk losing permanent sight. The Pasadena office doctor was not immediately available, so they called their Tustin office and schedule us for the next available work day. Dr. Brinkis (I believe) performed the surgery and so far so good (4 days since as of this review). Both offices and Doctors were tremendous (albeit the procedures very expensive), including staff and technicians. I would recommend both if you are willing to spend the dollars to help your babies have a more satisfying remainder of their life."

"From the moment we made the first phone call to stepping into their impeccably clean clinic, our experience with the vet service was incredibly pleasant and comforting. They were patient and gave us ample time to discuss our beloved cat's eye treatment. What impressed us was that they took the temperature in the ear, which made our cat very happy! Throughout the entire process, the doctor and tech assistants were attentive, answering all our questions and showing genuine care towards our furry family member. It's been three days since the surgery, and we are delighted to see how well her eye is healing. We also appreciate that they provided medications that didn't disturb her sleep during the night. Prior to discovering this vet service, we were informed at the ER that it might take up to three months to see an eye doctor. However, after contacting this clinic, they promptly accommodated us and scheduled the surgery for the very next morning. Thanks to their swift and efficient care, our cat's sight was saved. We highly recommend them for their exceptional service and expertise."
