"The employees are great and helpful, there’s no disputing their food meets the health requirements for your child- I mean dog; the packaging needs to be improved upon before I’m totally sold. Plastic is a mess, and transferring it into containers to make more of a mess at that price point seems archaic. Their gentle formula is amazing for any upset stomach. The dogs love it when it’s fresh, and then the rest goes in the trash. There’s always a way!"
