"Was asked to wait 25 minutes for the manager robin to return from lunch for my order to be processed! To meet robin and she was more confused as I in how she treated me… I had a certificate for a free bag of dog food… she said she was uncertain on how to help me and also has no dog food samples or even a free scoop for my time and they board and groom dogs on site… I was very concerned for their Cats and the temperature of their enclosures as well! Will not be coming back cause of robin and her lack of customer service! She said she had never seen anything in 23 years of retail… well she is in for a shock! @petco"
"Honestly I only chose this place because of the easy booking system online. It worked out much better than I expected given that it’s Petco and not a boutique groomer. Melissa, her groomer, is new to Petco but she did an excellent job!! She was super friendly and groomed her exactly how we wanted. No doodle upcharge here which is a plus for all doodle owners. I can tell my dog enjoyed her experience here too, unlike with her previous groomer that traumatized her afterwards. I will definitely be booking here again."
