"I took my dog in there to get his nails trimmed, and when I walked through the door, I noticed a foul musty smell. This is one of the dirtiest groomers I’ve ever been to. I will not return. I don’t even give it a one star should be shut down by the health department. It is dirty and unorganized. If you love your pet, you won’t take it here.!"

"I called for availability for a grooming appointment for my Golden Retriever and Laura answered the phone, seemed rushed and rude. I asked if she had anything this week in the afternoon and she said "I don't do afternoons, you would have to be here by noon." and when I explained that wouldn't work for me she simply hung up. I don't write a lot of reviews but I feel compelled to do so when my customer experience was bad. If you're in a service based business such as this one, at least be cordial and friendly, just my opinion."

"I called here to get my Yorkie puppy groomed and they got me scheduled within the same week. Before beginning the grooming, they asked us really great questions to help us communicate what we really wanted and the groomer was very knowledgeable about all the different hairstyles for these type of dogs. They were all very friendly and professional, and they did exactly what we requested. We are so happy with the results. I've been to other groomers in the area and they are by far the best! I trust them and will be going here from now on."
