"I see all these great reviews and I wonder why my experience so bad.I purchased a special needs bike costing 12k 4 years ago now.Tim was virtually going to help me set it up..never happened after calls and emails...so still the bike has never been used not only because of that but I was never told batteries must be charged always.So I have had dead batteries for years and been calling and emailing to order new batteries ..that also cost 1200.00 each. I have been trying for 3 years to buy new ones and just get blown off. This was a expensive investment so my daughter could enjoy a bike ride as she is in a wheelchair. So I have a 12k bike collecting dust because no batteries and no help from Tim AT ALL...I WONDER IF ROLES REVERSED HE WOULD BE HAPPY. No one in my area even knows anything about this type of bike hence why I had to order from Tim. So at this point I dont even Know if this bike even works.I am glad everyone else had great experiences but he doesnt take care of all his people..very sad and disappointed."

"Excellent place! Was super excited to find out this place services RadPower Bikes, as when I bought my RadRunner 2 there was not a shop in Madison that would. The staff is very professional and courteous, and the service on my bike was quick and prompt! It's great that there is a cargo bike shop within walking distance of home, as my cargo bike replaced my car. Will be back here for all my bike needs."

"I have two electric cargo bikes and this is the only place I have them serviced. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They always let you know exactly what repairs you need as well as options so you can make the best decisions for your situation. I purchased studded tires for winter riding from them, and they store my regular tires for me, which is super handy! They are incredibly knowledgeable about the bikes they sell, and even do assembly and service on bikes they don’t sell (sometimes, reach out to them first). All around excellent bike shop. I highly recommend them!"
