"I went to buy one Megabass Orochi rod, a Shimano Curado DC and a bunch of lures on Friday. I asked if they could spool up my reel sometime this weekend. I stopped in on Sunday and asked the front counter if they would spool up my reel with some line for free, but I was told "no," I had to buy the line. I was kind of taken aback because they've spooled my reels for me for free before when I've purchased some high rods and reels from them. I get times are tough for most businesses and prices for everything has increased, but when someone spends hundreds of dollars at your store, I would think monofilament for less than $10 wouldn't be an issue. I really like the selection the pro shop has to offer and will most likely continue to shop there, despite how I feel currently about the pro shop."
