"I used this company for a year and a half. For most of that time I was very happy with the service and the convenience. Unfortunately the service suddenly went from 5 stars to 1. I began to notice the bottle credits not adding up correctly, and they weren't being applied to the order totals. They got a new delivery driver who was terrible. They didn't send out notifications when deliveries were on the way which meant that the driver didn't pick up my empties. Since the empties weren't picked up I didn't get credits applied to the next order. When I requested the driver to pick up my empties they told me I'd have to wait till I placed a new order. I had 13 bottles that I had to store until the next order. At one point, an empty bottle went missing and when I asked about it I was told that it should show up eventually. After 3-4 months, that bottle credit was finally added back to my account. The app is terrible. The UI is bulky and allows for a lot of confusion. When I finally decided to terminate the service I didn't get a confirmation email or anything to verify when and how I'd be receiving the refund for my bottle credits. My account was deactivated and all records of my transactions and credits were lost. Thankfully, I had screenshots. As far as my bottle deposit refund, I had to ask for the refund to be deposited into my account. Originally, they were only going to refund a potion of my bottle credit. I had to remind them what my full refund total should have been. Instead of refunding my credit directly to my account through the debit card I had on file, I was offered a refund through Zelle. I find this so unprofessional. What company doesn't have a secured banking account for business transactions? After all the hassle of setting up a Zelle account, they couldn't even refund it through Zelle. I had to wait for several days while smaller amounts were refunded to my account in multiple transactions. The reason being they couldn't refund an amount larger than my last transaction. Thank goodness I asked about the refund since the process to receive it seems to be made up on the spot. If I hadn't asked for the refund, I doubt I would have received it. They need to pay their drivers better. When the gas prices spiked, they never supplemented the driver's pay. The drivers pay for gas and travel fees from their own pockets. The delivery driver service is similar to Doordash. So each driver is an independent person. H2Go has potential but they have a lot of kinks to work out in this area before it runs smoothly."
