"The location is convenient. The units are well appointed and priced average for the area. I'd only recommend this complex if you love dogs. Like really, really, really love dogs. Do you like walking in grassy areas as an exercise in dodging dog piles? Do you like the sound of a dog crying loudly every morning when the owner leaves? Do you like looking out your patio door to see your neighbor staring back at you from 5 feet away while their dog does their business? Does the smell of wet dog in hallway every day sound appetizing? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this place is for you."

"We lived here for 2.5 years and loved it. The location is great and close to the freeway so you can get downtown in 20 minutes or less. They take good care of the building and offer everything you'd ever ask for in an apartment. Heated underground parking, in-unit laundry, granite countertops, etc. Plus dogs are allowed. Strongly recommend Sutter Creek apartments!"

"I'll start by saying this is an extremely dog-friendly community! They have a special walking trail for dogs, multiple garbage cans with poop bags, a dog washing station, and are located very close to a dog park. The staff are unbeatable. Gemini, Melissa, and Jim are so nice and helpful. All of my maintenance issues have been taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and beautiful. An underground parking spot and basic internet are both included in rent. The amenities are great, it is a very friendly community, and I highly recommend living here!"

"Sutter Creek is a really nice place to live. My family and I made Sutter Creek our home for nearly 2.5 years and we truly enjoyed the time we spent there. Monica & Gemini are two absolutely wonderful ladies that manage the property with unparalleled grace and professionalism! The relationship we had with them (and all the staff) provided a warm community atmosphere. Jim keeps the property with great attention to detail and readily made himself available to assist with any maintenance needs. We consider it a real blessing - as well as a privilege - to have been residents, and would highly recommend it to any person or family looking for a place to call home."
