"So many things wrong with this place including the property management who absolutely suck because there’s no urgency when things go wrong. First, is the awful cannabis smell that lingers in the hallways lobby, elevators, and parking garage. I’ve tried to call property management and there’s really not been that resolved issue. Second, is that when the elevators don’t work, there’s no urgency to fix them so that right there is a liability. There is a way to get in without using an elevator, but I didn’t know where to go for that and the lady who was I was talking to at the leasing office was not helpful at all, and made me really angry. The only reason that I’m still living here and probably will renew this lease, again even though it’s way expensive and not that luxurious as it seems, is because the gym is so close to me which is literally my second home."

"We recently moved to Georgetown apartments. I wanted to take a moment to recommend this complex to anyone currently looking. We really have nothing but positive things to say. We often tell each other we can’t even believe we’re living in an apartment complex because it’s so quiet. Management is VERY responsive and friendly!!! We have required a few service calls, and were actually blown away at how quickly and attentive they are to our requests.I strongly recommend Georgetown Square for anyone seeking upscale apartment living in a peaceful,, well-maintained property!!!!"

"Lived at Georgetown Square Apartments since 2021. Just moved downstairs to a different apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment living room blinds were stuck completely open which is a safety concern especially on the 1st floor. The apartment obviously was not checked very well prior to the move in date. When I contacted the leasing office they basically did nothing and told me to wait till Monday b/c maintenance was leaving for the weekend and it was not an emergency. After I said that was not acceptable, they did call emergency maintenance to leave a message. John King called me that evening and the next day and came out to fix the blinds and also the patio door handle. This 5 star review is to recognize John and his hard work when the apartment complex did not want to timely resolve the issue."

"Everything is good at Georgetown Square the location, people and maintenance. They have an outstanding friendly staff, who respond quickly and efficiently to anything that I needed . I feel safe here and the property is well-maintained. The heated garage is a real plus. I would highly recommend these apartments with its cozy fireplace and a washer dryer included."

"I have had such a positive experience at Georgetown Square. The underground parking is a definite plus, given the harsh weather Wisconsites may face. Maintenance requests are answered in a quick and timely manner. Also, the complex is pet friendly. Management is quick to address issues and it is a very friendly place to live. I have enjoyed my stay here."
