"Way too expensive. Slum lord keeps raising the rent on apartments that are maybe worth 700 a month. Now are over 1200 a month. Save your money and find somewhere else to live. People I know that live there have said they are afraid to ask for repairs because of fear of increased rent. Yes, they are planning on moving."
"Very poor communications with tenants Online paying of rent is uncalled for. A personal check is the way I like to pay. Very unsatisfied with rent increases, communications and on line paying of rent. I had no issues with previous owners. I have horrible trust in the Spaulding Group as it scares me that they are going to raise rent constantly and change things according to Janesville as that is where they are out of This is Mauston A much smaller city and has alot of older people on fixed incomes living in their apartments."
