"Service was great. Prices are super low but you also get what you pay for kind of thing. The boat worked fine, we found out the hard way there wasn't a ladder on the boat got pretty bruised up trying to get back in the boat after jumping out for a swim. Outside of the ladder issue I'd say it was a good trip."

"Very nice staff. Attentive to your needs. Firewood is free. Dock space for your boat. Cabins have everything you need, but are not fancy. They are clean and insect and rodent free. We had a family of 5 in a two bedroom. They supplied a stow a way bed for the extra kid. I would consider this again."

"I called a few days in advance and Steve said he didn't have a pontoon available for rent as they were all booked up. He asked if I wanted to be put on a waiting list and thankfully a person didn't show up so I was able to get a boat for half the day! We didn't catch much fishing but being able to get the boat and have some fun on the lake was great. He let my dog come on the boat and didn't charge extra for her as long as I cleaned up after her. (She didn't do anything on the boat except lay down the entire time and drank a lot of water lol) But I had a roll of paper towels ready in case the dog did make a mess. The boat was older but it was perfect for what we wanted to do. Plenty of room where my daughter, brother, the dog, and I weren't tripping over each other or getting our lines tangled up. My only complaint was the fish finder was not working properly. I didn't care about the finding aspects of it, but it would have been great to know the depth so I didn't mess up the motor. (I did not mess anything up!!) I texted him as soon as I noticed. I will definitely rent from Wells Lakeside Cottages again. Steve was a really nice person to do business with."

"Rented a pontoon from here twice, never stayed over. Pontoons were fun! The owners are friendly and helpful! Decent prices and the location is pretty good too. I plan on getting pontoons from here fairly often!"

"Rented a pontoon last summer for a bachelorette party, and even with our dates changing because of Covid- they were super accommodating. Very kind and easy to rent from. Would recommend 100%! Forgot to post this right away in 2020, but a family friend has asked where we went for our rental boat and remembered how smooth everything went."
