"I don't normally write a review so here goes. We stayed there on our way to Milwaukee for the Bucks game. I have to say it is the best Hotel we have stayed in in a long time. From cleanness to Customer Service all A's. When we stayed in Milwaukee we even appreciated it more. Our grandson is 15 and enjoyed the basketball hoop in the pool!! Keep up the great job! We will return and tell anyone going that way. Thanks for a Great Hotel."
"Had an amazing weekend this past weekend with family & some friends. Rooms were spacious, very well cleaned and very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant & concerned about how we were enjoying ourselves even tho they also were dealing with a large wedding reception (we were not part of this but did not feel like we were overlooked). Pool area has a basketball hoop in it that thrilled the guys and the hot tub was amazing & relaxing. Price was on par with others I've stayed at but this hotel was above and beyound in comfort & service. We ate at the Broken Spur resturant and had a great meal. Waitress was very kind & courteous to our party. We will be back!!"
"Had our wedding there and the service and accommodations were above and beyond expectations. I was a hot mess with wedding planning and Lori the Events Manager was so amazing, understanding and I absolutely LOVED her personality. The food at their restaurant as well as the food for our dinner was delicious. I have nothing bad to say and I can't wait to be back for future staycations or as a possible future wedding guest!"
"Stayed for a last minute girls trip, and it was the perfect place to relax. Tracy was very personable and gave great recommendations. Both the pool and hot tub were very nice. Also enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and the restaurant attached to the lodge. Perfect location for those who don’t want to be in the dells but close enough to still do things there. Would stay here again."
