Riverwood Apartments

"I moved in in Feb 2020 and I wasn't sure how I would fit in here with the other tenants. Theresa the manager here went above her job to make me feel like I was part of the family. She has always been nice, polite and so helpful to everyone. She knew I was going to be having severe back surgery so she made sure I had a lower apt no stairs to climb. Theresa walks around the property several times a day making sure everything is picked up looking like a beautiful park. She makes sure everyone is ok, runs errands for people who need a hand. Theresa makes sure that everyone feels safe and if there is trouble she is right on top of it taking care of it. Theresa brought some plants from her parents to start around the buildings to help make the landscaping nice. I have had to get some help with utilities and Theresa has bent over backwards helping me get phone numbers, names to call for help which I never had before. I count myself lucky having Theresa as my property manager and a friend. I've told others to come apply for apts here. Any maintenance once she knows about it is done asap"

"Teresa is a very nice and very respectful manager if things need to be done she tries to do them and if not she calls right away and has it done one of the best managers I ever had."

"Worst property manager I’ve ever dealt with. Teresa is so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. I can’t believe she’s still hired as the property manager. Rude, dishonest and has her son that lives with her do all her work for her. Going into apartments without giving a 24 hour notice. Multiple times. I could keep going. Will never recommend this place to anyone as long as Teresa is the manager."

"I just moved into the Riverwood Apts in Mauston, WI and they are really really nice. So far the neighbors are all nice and helpful. The manager Theresa F. is a great manager. She is right there to help you, answer any questions, help walk you through the paperwork, explain everything to you. She goes above and beyond what is expected to help anyone feel at home, tips on things to make moving in easier and less stressful. You think of anything and you email and she gets the answer for you right away. Hope its a start for a long partnership of living there and help. Thanks Theresa so much for making a hard emotional move a heck of a lot easier. The helpfulness and friendly attitude has really really helped these past couple of weeks."

"Terrible management, no heat or hot water for weeks, never can get ahold of the on site manager. And when you do she's rude and snotty or drunk. Never would recommend this place to any one. The maintenance is horrible as well they only do the stuff they have to to keep the place up. They should really be under investigation!"
