"I was subleasing an apt in Cottonwood drive. I wasn’t told that there was a children’s piano & drum teacher below me running a business for 6-8 hours a day. I complained and eventually was told I had to move out and she was grandfathered in from the previous owners of the rental property. I was not informed that the piano teacher did give her notice a month after I left so Andy Loos knew this but made me move out anyway even though she was the nuisance! And to respond to your response….NOT TRUE! I did not know the piano teacher was leaving or I would have stayed! Your exact words Andy were “ It’s probably best you move because she (piano drum teacher “ was your friend"
