"Great community amenities, great layout of units, staff are communicative. However, the floors are thin and noise carries very loudly from the unit above. Sadly no solution to this issue due to the floor mix not being “as thick” as other floors. Makes it hard to enjoy time home."
"My husband and I have been new residents of Acadia Superior WI since April this year. The building itself paired with all amenities are exquisite and the staff are all very friendly, helpful and most importantly, responsive. We love our new gorgeous "home-like experience" and we're honored to be a part of the new tenant community. Mandy, Community Manager, is more than helpful...she truly cares about each resident and is always available by phone or text. The maintenance staff is amazing and always available to help problem solve-not that we needed a lot of problem solving, but a few tweaks we needed for our unit and they did it without question and made us feel welcomed."
"There are so many positive reasons to live at Acadia. The first is the facility itself--great location and wonderful amenities. The second is the outstanding staff (property manager and facilities manager) who make sure everything runs smoothly. Finally, the other residents of the building who are friendly and respectful of the facility. If you are looking for a rental option, I recommend checking it out!"
