"Everyone is so kind here!! Especially the receptionists (The Debster!!), a lady working the night shift into the wee hours, and one of the guys that works the evening/night shift! I was looking for a missing earring and he went above and beyond trying to find it! The rooms were very nice and comfortable, plus the housekeepers are kind people. The location is superb."

"I spent New Year's Eve here with my girlfriend, and everything about the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious, the view was great, and the people were friendly! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Superior and Duluth for shipping season! We could even see a ship from our window!"
"The hotel I stayed at here was really good and the breakfast was one of the best. But the bathroom doors in my room (and most likely in others) had no lock on them, were hard to open and were very loud. Another complaint is that i booked a room but when i came to the hotel the made be pay a $10 accidently fee."
