"We stayed here because there were no vacancies anywhere from Marquette to Duluth. It is a very low quality inn. It was sort of clean but the shower curtain was very moldy. We paid more for this than any other room on our week vacation…and it was so poor."
"Always a great stay. The owners are accommodating and polite at all times. Surprisingly enough the shower is huge with good pressure. Also laundry on site with HBO in the rooms. And lastly its literally only a hop and a skip away from Barkers Island. All in all a decent motel for under 90.00 a night. I will definitely stay there again."
"Was there WIFI? Yes, but did it work, not at all. Not worth it for the price... you get nothing but a mattress on a cot stand and a door that locks. Not worth it. No discounts.... even for its lack of amenities. I had to ask the front desk for toilet paper. There’s no perks for this hotel and they’ll charge you a convenience fee for using a card. Bringing your $89 room to $104 and change..... if I would have seen the stellar reviews before hand I would have looked elsewhere."
"0/10 I discovered very quickly why it's called the "Budget" Motel. While I was sleeping I horde of rats ate their way through the wall and kidnapped me. They annointed me King Rat and together we united the rat realms of the world under a single banner achieving world rat peace. Then we made huge strides in science and space travel creating an intergalactic civilization of rats and we solved the greatest questions of the universe. But all was not well, for I had contracted the plague during my time as king and I was not long for the world. As I lay dying they held a 10, gun salute and dedicated a planet as my grave. But the bed in my hotel room sucked so I gotta drop the score"
