"Despite what the other review says this place is fantastic, extremely nice, well taken care of and very reasonable rent for the area. I’ve had two service issues with the apartment one pre-COVID and they were at our door and the next morning, the second one during the heart of the pandemic and even then they were super responsive and there within 24 hours, very acceptable. The only downfall is the parking lot layout as I have a large truck and it is kind of hard to find a decent parking spot. My direct dealings with management have been nothing short of great I just wish they would have two bedroom units available."

"Horrific management. When I informed them I was moving out, they showed my apartment to 10+ different people. Not only were they showing my unit after it was rented, which I had a friend call as a perspective renter to find out availability, but during one of the tours a prescription was stolen, which is a controlled substance. The response I received from management is “we don’t show it to those kind of people”. I had to file a report through the police department and management never even apologized that I did my medication was stolen. I requested a walk through when I moved out, they scheduled it and an hour before they texted me “they didn’t have time, just leave the keys in the apartment”. The common areas often had urine stains on the carpet from dogs and reeked. It’s sad because it could be a really nice unit, but RUN AWAY. Also, in the center or train tracks which caused a wine bottle to vibrate enough to fall off my fridge it’s so loud and shakes the building (my fault for storing up there)."
