"The tracking reported several delivery attempts and “no access” on days I was home, then reported “delivered “ even though the packages were never received/delivered at all. We received multiple packages from other carriers on the same dates that tracking reportedly said TForce stopped by, without problems. I filed a complaint of this carrier to Nordstrom and hope they will stop using them."

"If I could give "0"stars I would.. ordered $10,000.00 of goods from Home Depot and they used this shipping company! (FML) Anyways they said my items are out for delivery on Nov. 21 and they cancelled. Then the next day scheduled for 8a-9p took time off work and waited for NOTHING! They have now ghosted us and home depot has no control over items lost. T Force won't tell us anything at all."

"We ordered flooring from Home Depot who contracts with TForce for last mile logistics. Our order was supposed to be delivered on Monday, November 20. It did not arrive. We were then "guaranteed" it would be delivered between 8 am and 9 pm (a 13 hour delivery window) on Tuesday November 21. We made arrangements for our contractor to be present at the delivery location to receive the materials. Once again it did not arrive. We had to call TForce and were told that the driver wasn't answering and they did not know why the order wasn't delivered. We were then told to give it another day and "maybe it will be delivered." Completely unreliable and incapable of tracking their own freight...let me save TForce the effort...I will give them their own response: "Apologize for the inconvenience.This is not the kind of experience anyone anticipates. Please share the tracking ID for the concerned package so we can investigate what happened and get back to you with a solution." My opinion is that if you contract with TForce you will lose business."

"Unprofessional and customer service is one of the worst. If I could give minus 5 stars I would give the worst service rating. TFarce Logistics fails to communicate and when You reach out to them it's like the whole company operates out of a home garage. Hopefully if you are part of a business that has to choose a logistics company you will steer clear from this one. If I would have known I would get this type of treatment I would have bought my furniture elsewhere who disclose that they choose reputable shipping and logistic companies."

"They received my package a week ago and supposedly attempted to deliver it twice but said they had no access because I live in a gated community. Once I told them how to get past the gate all of a sudden I stopped getting the "no access" excuse and they just never even bothered to attempt delivery again. I sent them multiple messages and they kept telling me it was on it's way. Now they are telling me they are returning the package to the sender. Terrible company. UPDATE Unfortunately the company I ordered some items from decided to use TForce again for another shipment. This time I made sure to be proactive and provided TForce all the info they needed to access my house and deliver the package. This time they just straight up cancelled the delivery. Made no attempt whatsoever to deliver the package."
