"If my life depended on this company I would have been dead before even scheduling for a ride? why is it so difficult to schedule for a ride, and for them to show up on time? I always have issues, or they tell me i wasnt scheduled when I made it clear the days I needed...fustrating. I've missed many appointments due to there mis-scheduling.... The driver that is on my route is cool, but the office, ya'll need to get it together!!!"
"Your drivers might need more training behind the wheel. I just witnessed your van 494 or 484 try to beat an approaching ambulance with sirens. The ambulance was clearly visible approaching the intersection of j street and channel island blvd, when your van decided to bolt out in front of the ambulance to avoid getting stuck at another red light, Causing the ambulance driver to slam on their brakes. This incident occurred monday 8/7 @9:30am"
"This service is awful. 3 out of 5 times they don't show up, and when they do they're usually late. I have missed so many important doctor appointments because of this. I hate that there aren't other options through my insurance. I wish I could give negative stars for this!"
"Writing this I have been sitting waiting for my ride to take me home for one hour and fifteen minutes. I scheduled my transportation for 10:am with a return trip for 10:30. Driver shows up at 9:40 a get there at 9:50. I finish my appointment at 10:10. Call and they say my pick up isn't untill 11:00 to 11:30. Although I scheduled 10:30 and they won't provide alternative transportation. Got hung up on twice. Was supposed to receive a call back from supervisor about scheduling a different ride. Haven't heard anything. They are the only service available and have no accountability. Riders be warned."
