"Arrived at hotel 8 hours after I had checked in and the digital key still was not working. Went to the front desk and they only had one person working. She asked if I had a car, and that there would be a $10/day to park my car in their outdoor public parking lot. I’ve been HGVC owner for nearly 20 years, and a loyal Hilton Honors member, and they are charging to park? I will NEVER stay at this hotel again."

"Horrible establishment. Security extremely unprofessional, and will leave passive aggressive notes on vehicles after peeping inside the windows and finding valuables he disapproves of (creepy and really shady if you ask me). Also passive aggressive when checking in guests. Did not feel welcomed and will never be returning to this disgusting joke of an overly judging establishment who specializes in “hospitality”. Trust me people, there are MANY other great locations you can go to in the area who are friendly and will actually treat you with respect. I’d advise to steer clear of this place, and don’t risk your mental health staying here. Enjoy your stay, if you can….."
