Starbucks

"Lobby is a mess while there is 5 employees behind the counter with 3 doing absolutely nothing, what happened to if you have time to lean, you have time to clean? There is mugs and dirty plates on the tables that been here for over 4 hours that no one has bothered removing. There is lots of trash on the floor around the tables and under the chairs that not a single employee swept up. Overall not a single table been wiped during the time i been here. Is the manager expects customer to ask for cleaning tools and do it themselves?"

"Does your company have some sort of disdain for online orders? My courier was waiting for my order at your restaurant for 20 minutes! This feels like mockery. According to him, people who placed orders when they were already in the store had their orders prepared faster. So, are online orders a joke to you? Is our money different? Less valuable? What nonsense."

"My bag was lost here in this Starbucks and their new manager avoided to even look at its camera with different unreal reasons. They did not cooperate to see what happened about my bag. They did not care and they told me they are very busy. Customer service is very important. It does not mean only selling Cofee to customers. But it is important that they make their store trustful for customers to sit there with peace and safety of mind But they did not behave in this way. All we know that everybody must take care of his things but at least a store can help to see what has been happened.it is minimum help. It is the reason that cameras has been put in the Starbucks to control anything."

"Third Starbucks in Camarillo I had to go to and this one I wanted to purchase a cup and have my drink put in it, have done this a dozen times at several locations. They tell me they can’t put it in the cup, well ok. So I asked if they could just rinse it out for me and to my complete and utter surprise they said no. What is wrong with all the Starbucks locations in Camarillo. Absolutely horrible service what a horrible experience in all I’ll never stop I’m Camarillo for coffee again!!!"

"This place is great, really. It's a Starbucks and you know we need coffee! With a large indoor area with plenty of seating as well as several outdoor seating options. The baristas are, (usually), all very cordial and polite. One point I would make is, that sometimes they make errors on some drinks that they have been told more than 4 or 5 times, how to correct and make right. But this is not enough to bring the review rating to a 4. Great location too, just off the freeway and central to Camarillo."
