"I used this service for 7 straight weeks to travel to my doctor's offices in sta Clarita m-f. Except for a few minor mishaps in scheduling incorrectly, I must say this was such a convenient service to use and totally free!! If you hv medical appts to get to, they are there and if for any reason they have issue getting or picking up after drop off, they will schedule a Lyft for free also. It's fool proof and can't say anything negative about it. The drivers are awesome and safe drivers. Try it some time and you'll be happy too.. note: must schedule at least 24 hours in advance not including sat and sun."

"Another in a long line of disappointed potential clients. Called for a drive from LAX to Camarillo and was told - nope. Won’t take the reservation unless they have 48 hours notice. I’m coming home tomorrow. I’m guessing other services will take my booking, business and loyalty. Shame, too, as I prefer to support local. I’m sure they have a reason for this, but as the person traveling, they are a dead end for me."

"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Scheduled a round trip ride from T. O. to LAX next week. This morning they canceled both trips without stating a reason. Asked to call their office. I called their office and waited 10 minutes for a line pickup. Phone line just kept ringing for 10 minutes. Alexie answered call and put me on hold for another 5 minutes. When she finally answered the phone, I asked her "why" the trips were canceled? She mumbled something quietly and HUNG UP!!!!!!!! I have been trying to call her back at their main number for the last 20 minutes. NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES!!!!!!"

"Three times smart shuttle was excellent to LAX One time from Burbank to Camarillo. they failed to show nor to reimburse. Anthony and Judy excellent drivers since husband in wheelchair then show was about traumatic inches late night. We ended up having to get our own Uber. We survived. But a bit upset at no show and not returning my calls. I shall keep trying for reimbursement. The smart shuttle needs he to organize the return calls when they drop the ball. Grateful that they came thru other times. Grateful they come put of Camarillo to Burbank andLAX"

"Horrible service. Changed pick up time on their own which was from 2 & 45 min before to 4 & 15 min (way earlier than usual) before my flight time for a reason that it was a shared ride. And dispatcher called me at 3 am to confirm the appointment. But I got a small sedan just for myself without any additional passengers. Ridiculous nonsense. I had to wait at the airport for more than 3 hours doing nothing very early in the morning."
