"We ordered rustic hickory cabinets from Husky Timber…wanting to support a small business. We made a couple changes to our plans, and everything went smoothly. Once our new home was ready for cabinets, we contacted the owner several times thru his website and left a voice mail, no response…then we contacted again and were told he never received the texts (we did learn that even though it is the same phone number, sending a text through business website did not work)The cabinets were finally done and ready to be installed. The cabinets themselves are beautiful the installation was a nightmare! From the moment the installer walked in the door, he began blaming everyone who worked on building our home. From the floor installer, the drywaller, and the builder, to manufacturer of the hinges. He never took any responsibility for the installation not being level and square. It was always someone else’s fault. We contacted several friends who work in the construction field and they said walls are never plum, but it is up to the cabinet installer to work with what he has and make everything look great! We had a list of many things that were not acceptable, Casey did come back several times and made adjustments, but the frustrations we experienced were not worth the money we spent."
