"Palm Terrace has been a wonderful place to live. I believe it is the best complex in Auburn.. The grounds are kept nicely and maintained weekly. Alma Paz is fair and treat her residents with respect and courtesy. Palm Terrace Maintenance works hard to upkeep and make repairs in a professional and timely manner. Palm Terrace is a family oriented community and as as a resident since 2004, I can say that it's been a pleasure to live here. My children were raised here and when they come to visit, they still consider Palm Terrace their childhood home. I have enjoyed being apart of a clean and safe community and look forward to another year at Palm Terrace."

"Worst apartments to live and I was here in three different eras of my life. Favoritism towards Individuals due to their Hispanic or Latino race giving potential illegals free allowance to not have insurance, have dangerous kids with bb guns, knives and one child who murdered by another years back they played off as a suicide or what have you harbor fugitives like Torence Alexander 2 to continue criminal activities considered an "original" and untouchable after 20 years"

"I have lived at palm Terrace Apartments for many years. I have never felt so safe and that is because of the hard work of management. She is on top of everything going on here. You can come to her anytime her door is always open to discuss any concerns you might have. If you submit a work order it is handled in timely manner. This is a great community to raise children. The property is cared for with a gardener every week and it shows. I can’t say enough about the manager here she is always so welcoming. Thank you for doing such an amazing job."

I have personally been shown so much compassion and assistance from Alma. During these rough pandemic years she has assisted the residents with resources for rent, utilities and holidays.
