"The landlord doesn't even follow the appartment rules. Very condescending and rude 95% of the time. Fellow neighbors seem to have this same problem, except for males. The office is suppose to be open 5 days a week from 10am to 5pm. Landlord is NEVER there, or always on a 5 hour lunch. Who knows. The appartments are poor quality, meaning they half-a** repairs. I'm pretty sure my carpet was never shampooed (until I did it), let alone replaced in the last 10 year. If you report a maintenance issue, the problem is only bandaided. Fun fact, the fire extinguishers are all expired and not up to date. Don't be surprised when the rent rises! On a positive note, the neighbors are cool."
"9 months so far (2017)...... I think overall the apartment is decently sized. But I do think the living room is small in comparison to the rest of the apartment. They just did a lot of new updates in each apartment, and apartment grounds. Things I think need improvement: laundry room equipment. Would be huge if the got stackable washers and dryers. I think they could use a few more washers, and 3 dryers is definitely not enough for this size complex. Things that are not really controllable: parking lot size. If you have more than 1 vehicle you may have a hard time finding a second spot if you come home late in the evening, and will have to utilize street parking. Management has been great, and easy to work with. Overall I am very pleased."
"They raise the rent every few months. Cheaper apartments in the area have laundry in the apartment; Parkview makes you pay to use a laundromat on-site, and at any time, one of the three dryers are out of service. Apartment manager makes promises on move-in and does not keep them (laundromat will stay locked, parking spaces are not marked with apartment numbers, etc). Parking is extremely limited, and even though maintenance is only there two days a week, you will be towed for parking in the meintenance spot."
