Super 8 by Wyndham Auburn

"There were boogers all over the walls. We found this massive booger because my friend got his hair stuck in it. If you love boogers, you’ll love this motel. Also, the tv wouldn’t stop showing ads for Roku which blocked half the tv screen every 30seconds. Their Roku isn’t even hooked up to the internet so it’s useless."

"DO NOT BOOK. This is a disgusting, horrible hotel, we checked in, and when we got there the room was nothing like advertised, so we go back to get to refund and the lady at the counter/front desk named Alyna was incredibly rude. The manager also refused to refund us. They said I’d have to wait days for a refund. The maintenance man was walking around in the cold with a baby in a diaper and walked into the office that way, super unprofessional. They all need to be fired and they need better maintenance and cleaning. I will be filing a former complaint through Wyndham. I am unable to reply to the manager, who is also very rude. There are cameras in their office and the complaint will be investigated."

"Good little motel right off the freeway. Room was clean and comfortable. Yes they held an extra 160 but at final check out I was only charged the room rate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again."

"DO NOT BOOK The rooms very dated and dirty. Toilet did not flush. Pounding on the door by cleaning staff. The employees and there extended families live there do not watch over their young children. I was shocked to see the maintenance person's very young children with him while he was using chain saws and doing major tree work,running around the parking lot in bare feet and no shirts, his baby in only a diaper There are no safety standards. They employees also have their dogs just running loose wherever - no leashes. Alyna was rude and abrasive. There is no manager here. Obviously, the owner has no idea or real concern about what is happening.When I asked for the managers name, card, email etc to contact I was verbally assaulted and yelled at stating I had no right to have the managers info ?! I had to call Wyndham Corporation to receive the information to email Stephanie Rincon and she absolutely has no idea what is taking place at this business."

"I accidentally booked a room through a hotel app for the wrong dates, and not realizing that it was nonrefundable. After calling, and speaking with the manager of the hotel, and explaining the situation, she allowed me to get a full refund of my purchase amount. I have stayed here before and have always received excellent service and a nice room. It’s in a convenient location with grocery stores and gas stations nearby as well as a short drive to downtown Auburn. Highly recommend."
