"Nice clean hotel. Decently priced, good breakfast. Very friendly clerks. Spa was nice & hot. The pool was clean but not heated. Hotel sets right on frontage road to I-80, so not exactly a quiet location. But most of the rooms set back a little ways."

"This was definitely not the experience I'd hoped for. I've been to several Best Western hotels and this one was by far sub standard. They make no accommodations for the disabled. They put us in a second floor room with no elevator. When I asked for a lower floor I was told they had none. As a rewards member I felt like I didn't matter. The room was small and dusty. They remote for the TV didn't work properly and breakfast was horrible. We ate out instead. The mattress was soft and uncomfortable. Housekeeping banged on the door before 9am waking us up. Overall, NEVER AGAIN!!"

"I had a 1 queen mobility room. (Room 150). I think it is the only single queen mobility room, but I could be mistaken. I would suggest asking for a different room, even if you need to spend a few extra $. It is on the ground floor (not the issue) next to the ice machine and shares a wall with the linen closet for the housekeeping.The stairs are right outside the room and you can hear every bounce of suitcases on the steps from people who cannot carry their suitcases down the steps. Makes for an early wake up! Between the ice machine, the maid service going in the linen room and rolling the cart on hard outside surface, and the stair noise, that room is not great. (We also had some loud people above us, but they quieted down and went to sleep.) The blow dryer was not working. Tried in multiple outlets and reset it and the wall also. Took it to the front office and it didn’t work in those outlets either. No extra blow dryers on site, so the front desk evening person let me into a vacant room to use the blow dryer as I was going out that evening and didn’t want wet hair. The evening front desk person was very nice, the morning manager-not so much. Breakfast is good, the hotel is clean, and the location is good. I would stay here again, but in a different room and would pack my blow dryer."

"I was actually pleasantly surprised how nice this place was. The rooms were clean and I like that it has hardwood floors inside the rooms (not carpeting). The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. This was a great experience overall. I also love that they have good bedding It’s appalling when hotels/motels have terrible bedding and this place had 100% cotton sheets & duvets and comfortable mattresses. We will definitely stay here again when we go white water rafting nearby."
