"Absolutely love this place! I had to make an emergency move out of my last apartment (different complex) and Chaprix (manager) has been AMAZING in every way possible. She was able to get me approved and get keys the same day! This complex is so safe, quiet, beautiful. Maintence is very quick and efficient! The actual unit is perfect. Spacious, vaulted ceilings, huge kitchen. Brand new full sized washer and dryer. I cannot say better things about this place! Highly recommend!!! Thank you again Chaprix for everything you are a fantastic woman and apartment manager!!!!"

"Terrible management company. I have been here for 3 years and seen three different management teams. All of them have been horrible. They don’t care about the safety of their residents. I have gotten my mailbox broken into on two different occasions and they won’t do a thing."

"Terrible experience. As a student renter please please please read reviews when deciding where to live because they are very fortelling of how your living experience will be like. I would call so many times and I keep going to voicemail, they put the wrong rent amount on our lease agreement (which shows there is lack of communication on their end), I called the office to ask a question because I thought our Deposit amount was wrong (called 7 times and no answer) the Leasing Professional finally picked up and she immediately gave me attitude saying "I don't make mistakes sweetie" and giving me a condescending voice and tone. Honestly worst experience of my life and terrible management. I was also just informed today that our lease contract was terminated before we had the chance to move in. It's very sad because if we did not have a place to live we would be homeless."

"Been here for a year now and this complex is great! My husband and I haven't had any issues. We did call maintenance once to fix the door hinges and they were very quick and nice. The office staff has also been wonderful in helping us deal with a particularly bad roommate situation. Edit: Have been having some issues as of late. I would like the roommate situation to be over but it seems to continue to be dragged out. Very disappointed. The complex itself is great but if you ever have roommate issues moneywise, you can expect to go down with your housemate. Again, the apartment itself is great but the staff is not the greatest. Listen to the other reviews, it's not worth it!"

"I'm living here with my husband for a year, and we just renewed for another one. It's a very good location and always quiet. The bus to University stops in front of the complex and is very convenient, and what I like even more, you can go by bike using a very nice bike path. We also love the swimming pool here, and it's never crowded. Furthermore, if you have any problem in the apartment, it's always repaired very fast. The only "but" is that the apartment complex is a little bit pricey but I think is worthed."
